Picked up meds, 3 different bottles. Got home and 1 med was only 50% filled.

Bottle said 30 but got home and there was only 15 in the bottle. I called rite aid to tell them what happened. They said we don't make mistakes like that. They said they gave all 30 , I asked for an investigation but they said there numbers are right and said they gave me all 30.

I asked for the video showing the pharmacy counting out the meds , they said no need our numbers are right . I will now move all of my meds away from rite aid .

This isn't the first time , it's just the first time I said some thing to them , now they treat me like a drug addict . I'm a care giver and now I will also be getting my clients to move there meds away from rite aid .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Rite Aid Pros: Cheap prices, Prices.

Rite Aid Cons: Pharmacist, Pill count, Treatment of me.

Some of these complaints, consumers should send to the state pharmacy board in their state and also the Federal Trade Commission and the attorney generals consumer complaint division. You will get far more action complaining to these agencies. Just be sure you state facts, dates, time and who you spoke too.
