Rite Aid - Horrible representation in Santa Cruz

When I ask the blonde woman who was working at the Soquel Avenue Santa Cruz location at about 8:45 the only cashier she shrugs her shoulders and doesn’t even look at me. Then I go look and no honey. So I go to check out and she is just plain rude. I am sick so maybe I was being short also but there is surely someone who should have been watching her to see her behavior and I am certainly sure that you don’t want that sort of energy at one of your stores

Rite Aid - Very rude

I've called a store located at 2269 Schoenersville Road Bethlehem, PA 18017 about 4 times this year not for myself but for my clients when the family goes out of town I handle their medications.. And 3 out of the 4 times I've had this woman by the name of sue.. first thing when she answers the phone she said Rite Aid not hello not a good morning nothing.. then I tell her I'm calling about my client n ask about a medication refill I didnt get done talking before she cut me off and said first off what's the persons name.. n then I'm explaining something to her and she replied very annoyed then puts the phone down and said oh my god.. to check what I ask about.. I've been to so many pharmacy deal with lots of medication and people because I'm a home nures for privet homes.. and never had to deal with someone so rude and unprofessional.. no customer service skills whatsoever someone should call there and talk with her ask a few question and listen to how she speaks.. she gets annoyed if she had to do something for you and if it's more then one thing even more annoyed she gets and then she gets really nasty..

Rite Aid in Pearisburg, Virginia - Shorted scripts

I picked up my meds yesterday & counted them to be short. I counted them a couple of times so I know they were short. I called them this morning to just been pretty much called a lier & said there's no way they could be short. Of course I got to go through the month short. I will no longer leave the pharmacy without them counting my meds out in front of me & I will be reporting this to my doctor. These are controlled scripts so I'm very upset.

Rite Aid in Coopersville, Michigan - *** poor excuse of a Company

Rite Aid is a slave labor company. This company does not care for the associates who work in the store. Store managers do not work all they do is complaint and try to set other associates up to be fired. Rite Aid is open every holiday and can care less if an associate misses the holiday with their family let alone request to work the morning. Their are certain store managers who write their schedule acrrording to their home life instead of running a store the proper way. Rite Aid does not give breaks to their Assistant / Shift supervisor managers yet these employees are expected to go above and beyond. Rite Aid allows their store managers to harass, set up, and mistreat all works. Rite Aid picks and chooses what store manager/ manager can work what suits them best. Rite Aid has good associates yet they’re mistreated and everyone suffers. Rite Aid is not a company to work for. If you want to work for a company that will not even compete in wages, demands miracles at the cost of your health and neglecting your family and sick loved ones this is the place for you.

Rite Aid Pharmacy Medication, Management and Customer Service

I am a retired veteran who is severely disabled with arthritis, herniated discs in neck and back, other. Unfortunately, I rely on my medication to live a quality life to be able to function on a daily basis with homeowner chores, regular work hours, etc. I also live alone therefore it is ever so important that I am able to handle my tasks in life. Over the years as a customer, I have encountered several issues to include but not limited to: timeliness of ordering and filling medication for a long-term customer, replacing medication with less effective medication or alternate brands, removing medication upon request, customer service, and more. As a severely disabled individual, I am reliant on pain medication. This year, Rite Aid began using a generic or alternative brand for Tramadol. Immediately after beginning its use, I noticed that it was not as effective. I requested that it be returned to the previous brand and they considered and agreed initially. Then this quarter, once again they began dispensing the same generic alternative to me. Even though it had been documented in my record that this brand was not effective. They reported to me they have no other and cannot return me to my previous brand. I called other local Rite Aid pharmacies and they reported the same - that they had the same alternative and I was faced with no other course of action. I am now in constant severe pain in my lower back and neck and can no longer get around. I am missing work due to the pain. I am afraid that without movement, my illnesses will accumulate. I am very disappointed with Rite Aid for this and many other reasons. Although I have been a customer for years, they are often not prepared to fill my prescriptions causing additional wait times before the medication can be ordered. It is so frustrating to me. I have asked that they automatically track their long term customer requirements and be prepared for them. They reported that they don't track them, therefore cannot be prepared and order ahead of time. I have no option since as a retired military veteran, Rite Aid is the only contract approved for my insurance. I cannot get my medication filled elsewhere. Without the proper medication, I can no longer live independently. I am 56 years old - not 86!

soy una senora mayor que me movi a la area de Rialto CA,Fui a dejar mi reseta por la manana la muchacha que me atendio anoto mi information y me dio 3 horas de espera, cuando regrese despues de 3 horas mi receta no estava lista,me dijo que estava a punto de estar lista espere otros 45 minutos y nada,termine recojiendo mi receta y illendo a walgreens,nunca avia ido a rite aid y nunca pienso volver, la muchachaita yamada Irina vestia unos pantalones negros de yoga que todo sele marcava todo po atras y adelante era hasta una verguenza mirarla, que improfecionales son y que verguenza que no tengan un codigo de vestir desente para sus empleados la tienda esta en rialto pasando el 210 por la calle riverside alfrente de Walgreen,
