NAPPY HEADED RUDE SO CALLED MANAGER SEATTLE RAINIER AVE STORE

WOW! What can i say? usually i will not let anyone bring me to their dirty level. I'd had trouble with an pre paid paypal mastercard i bought earlier in the day. (that's another story in it's self! I was advised to visit rite aid and purchase a money pack- paypal with the master card that was finally activated after 9 hours, so that i could add the funds to an existing paypal account. I enter the store speak to 2 feet high Asian clerk, she has an attitude out of this world didn't speak and never made eye contact. Handing her the card , " how much do you want on here" nasty attitude.. I'm thinking wow, so i say $485.00 she looks up yells 485!! im thinking YES.. with a smack of her lips, "we dont take debit cards on these purchases" ( per mastercard they are to accept it) i try telling the rude dwarf i was told to come into the store and purchase this card with the mastercard, she rudely steps away from me in mid sentence call the NAPPY HEADED HAIRLESS THING from the back (so called manager). She comes up with a frown on her face. I tried to explain to her the situation, she cuts me off, ( im now on the phone with paypal) the rep tells her its their policy to accept purchases by customers bearing the cards, she didn't want to hear it. "Well honey, im not going to take that card because there is not a name on it, (im thinking) *** *** its a prepaid card!! of course there is no name on it i just bought it hours ago!!. Several, other customers are looking on us at this time, i held my cool as long as i could and let her nappy headed *** have it! i came unglued!! Other customers are telling her they have purchased several gift cards and others with their debit or credit cards in the store.. still she has her ground and she's standing on it. very hostile,rude,illiterate,unprofessional, uneducated heffer i have ever met in my life. And they wonder why they are treated the way they are. Attitude is every thing and has no place when dealing with the public. I asked to see her manager she pops her collar, im it! i told her you sure are "it" what that it is i will not lower myself to explain to you here. Others waiting in line begin to put items down and walk out in disgust of this trick. looked more like she should have been working a street corner than in anyone's business! I'm sick of seeing honest good people mistreated and nothing to be done. Our power is in our pockets, STOP USING THESE BIG BUSINESSES THAT DOESN'T GIVE A DAM ABOUT US! THERE IS NOTHING WORSE IN THIS WORLD TO ME THAN A NASTY ATTITUDE FROM A NASTY LOOKING PERSON. with 4 teeth at the top, 2 1/2 at the bottom with breath smelling over the counter like her mouth is Rotten. Not all my Black women act this way, but one's such as this trifling chicken head, with no hair on the sides and with that GOD AWFUL NAPPY WEAVE just burns me to the core!. Its sad some of us are treated the way we are. If your in customer service, always remember, everyone has a story! you never know what one has went through or going through. B---- all i have to say is "You Are F------ Crazy".All of this because you could not use a F------ Card.Did it ever occur to you that certain companies have certain rule's and If these people choose to not accept a Credit Card this is "Their Right not to Accept The F------ Card.Just because whoever told you to go to "Rite Aide" and Purchase a Money Pack-paypal to activate the dam card could have taken the same amount of time to tell you that some companies does not explain to the customer that every card is not accepted at all companies "Point Blank".I am sure that their are other companies that you can activate your card at.Why did't you just leave and Go some other place.This action makes you yourself look "Crazy".It makes you look like your already upset before you got to "Rite Aide".Your card probably was not activated at the time you went to the "Rite Aide".So with that said who would you say "Looks Like A Total A--.WTF.

Rite Aid - Prescription Filling Review

I filled a prescription and I asked if they handled medicaid, sure thing. I went to pick up and ok its a dollar co- pay.

I said,' i donh'T have a dollar. The pharmasist says "well i dont have one either"in the most condescending manner. Okay thanks for letting me know first after i inquired on the medicaid to expect a fee. Not big yet i wasted2$ in gas to pick up my anti- seizure meds just to be looked over and Treated like a piece of ***.

Thank you for the above and beyond professionalism. Yes i'm new to medicaid however i am broke!! - not broke as in i have some stashed away, broke!

I am educated and didn't ask didn't to be treated like that by an ill minded Representative that speaks for this pharmacy.

Consumers Beware - Rite Sales Unethical Hoax

i30.00l received a flyer in the mail this week advertising 50% Off summer toys and pools. There was a picture of the small inflatable rectangular 2 ring pool I was looking to purchase. I went online before I went to get an idea of Rite Aid's price for this pool. I have seen the same pool, except their's were deeper with 3 rings, at Walmart, Kmart, and Target for $30. Rite Aid's online price was $30 which told me I could purchase the s on sale for $15. Good deal right? NO, not quite. I went to the Rite Aid only to discover the orqinal price Of this $30 pool is $59.99! Really?!? I asked the Store Clerk about This and all she could say was the Internet is different. I called Rite Aid's ethics hotline only to be told the same thing. So apparently the pool online, even though it looks the same, is less value by 1/2? NO, that's just an excuse to get away with sheisty fake sale ads that deceive the consumer into believing they are getting a great deal at Rite Aid by purchasing an item on sale. It only aggravated me more by the CSR on the phone and the sales clerk to think I am that *** to take "The internet is different." as an answer for a $30 price difference and For me to believe that what appears to be the same exact product is worth DOUBLE in the store. Sorry, I'm just not that naive.

Rite Aid - Pharmacist Review from Modesto, California

I went to the mchenry rite aide in Modesto and was treated as if I was a loser drug addict lier. My doctor fax my Perscriptions and they had it all along but due to imcompentant pharmacist they could not find them. He had the nerve to laugh at me and acted like I was brining in a fake Perscription. Just because he a pharmacist he thought he was all mighty. The part the made me the most upset beside not finding my Perscriptions which one is for sleep other has nothing to do with opiates. He laughe at me as if he was better then me. Just because he makes his 100k middle class job and I am a younger individual he felt he could belittle me and accuse me of lieing. In fact I have 2.3 million in properties in mexico, opening up a financial service Brokrage will make his yearly salary on one big commission and yet I would never try to belittle someone. I quit all my business with them currently deal with some of the wealthiest customers in Modesto and make sure i tell them all not to do business with them. I just can't wait till he retires comes into cash his 401 into an annuity make a nice 30k commission from him and that young individual he laughed at has more then he ever will ammount for. I am already partnered with an individual making 3 million a year. Money aside even if I was poor it does not give someone the right to laugh or accuse someone. I wish I would have recorded him and would have sued them for defamation of character as there was another person in the store when he implied I was lieing he said "you sure you didn't send it yourself". If he would have said "you faxed this yourself" I would have took his license I am so upset I am going to escalate this to his superior, corporate and the licensing department. I WILL NEVER do business there again they lost out on 9k worth of medications.

Never got medicine on time and staffs are highly imcompetent

This is the complaint regarding following Rite Aid store: 334 S Vermont Ave Los Angeles, CA 90020 Complaint: Never ever I had my prescription drug on time in the past 2 years. Recent One: My doctor called for the change of drug for my wife to the above mentioned pharmacy and when I went to Pharmacy to pick up my medicine they told me that they have not received any message from the doctor's office. I went back to the doctor's office and they confirmed that they have sent the message to the correct Rite Aid pharmacy. Again went to the pharmacy but to my surprise they again told me that they have not received the message. Doctor's office called for the third time. This time before going to the pharmacy I thought to confirm with Rite Aid first but they did not pick up the call. I tried again and this time they picked and dropped the call. I called again and I was told that they will answer me shortly and phone was put on hold and they never answered. Earlier for my own drug, I had came out of emergency and went to the above mentioned Rite Aid for my medicine. when I was told that it will take more than 2 hours for the medicine to be ready I insisted to ready it a bit fast. Then they told me that they are not able to verify my insurance. So I have to purchase the medicine on full price. I was told that once they will verify the insurance they will call me and they will refund the money. They never called me. I went back to Rite Aid after few weeks and was told that their company policy does not allow to refund after so many days. This is frustrating to the degree of infinity.

I shop at rite aid almost every day. With that being said customers should not have to be treated with total disrespect and like them being there is a total nuscense. Not only have I been treated that way but the lack of respect for associates and the work they do. Mrs. Teresa at the Rite-Aid on Green St. In Warner Robins, GA is the prime example of an ineffective manager. Her attitude is beyond what you what to experience when shopping and spending your hard earned money.

7pack I already paid now with a coupon kid ask her if was ok take coupon before he can finish explaining she was loud rude never bother listen embarrassed me in front of 2 customers of taking coupon out package before paying I bought them first have right open my paid smokes this not the first time I experience with her not listening to be helpful make customer feel right at home she lack of people skill being professional I use to work for rite many years ago about 2o years back I retired from home depot over 12 years been as head cashier always told new coming and old listen first don't have answer ask other employee -manager

Two of the items I purchased were marked at a different (lower) price than what they rung up as! The one item was a Eucerin cream for eczema, which was marked at 7.99 and rang up at $8.29 (before tax), and the other was a set of hair clips marked at $3.59, which rang up as $3.99 (again before tax). I used my Wellness Card and noticed the markup on the Eucerin cream immediately, but my cashier pushed a few extra buttons on the register and simply said, "No, it's $8.29. Do you still want it." I said yes b/c it was only $.30, but as I was walking out, decided to look at my receipt and saw the up charge on the hair clips. It's not much money for me, in total, but if they are doing this all the time, people should be aware!! You may be spending much more than you are planning on. I can honestly say that I will not return to Rite Aid unless I absolutely have to, which means, only if I am in dire need of something, such as diapers (which was the case tonight), and when I get done work, it is after normal business hours, therefore, leading me to the closest 24 hr store open which sells diapers. Next time, I will drive an extra 2 min to Giant, which is also open 24 hrs and probably cheaper in general.

I get the impression this is a dying store. In the suburbs the stores are deserted.

In Upper Darby they have one store in a shopping center with a new Family Dollar and it must have taken away half their business. They have a paranoid security guard who looks at every customer as a shop lifter following you around. Throw in moody cashiers who get upset at interrupted conversations with security or another employee Rite Aid is not a friendly store/chain.

Prices suck as well. Even with the card the prices are barely competitive.

You do understand that we are trying to get some of our closing duties done before we close so that it goes much quicker and we can go home sooner? Like the other person said, you had literally ALL day to come in and you chose to come just before they close?

EVERY employee hates customers that do this. Especially when people take forever to make a purchase or are just casually browsing.

Rude. Go to a 24 hour store instead.

You had all freaken day to come in and you wait 6 freaking minutes for we close. Did you not stop and think we wanna leave on time and go home to our familys.

No way you can come in get what you need and be checked out in 6 mins. We close at 9 and that means we are closed and not standing there waiting on someone after 9pm.make next time you will be considered enough not to wait 6 mins till closing.

Its people like you who want us to lock up early so were not stuck there waiting on someone past 9 who is unconsidered. Dont like it shop some place else.

Rite Aid pharmacy employees rude. I had enough with my service there.

Each time I go to Rite Aid Pharmacy & do my business with them something goes wrong with a few employee people who works there at the pharmacy & I'm leaving disappointed. No More with that Pharmacy... Finally I did my complaint tonight with Rite Aid corporation & complained about there behavior tours me. It's sad because I bring them good business with my expensive medications & yes I do read my receipts & yet every-time I'm picking up my medications I leave from there unhappy as a Rite Aid customer. I have a few good stories about them being rude & not caring about me as their customer. I remember a few times in 2013 I've gotten so disappointed. I complain to their manager about a few things & how there pharmacy staff employees working at the cash register would sign my name off & claiming I didn't want a consultation with out asking me for my permission on my medications, especially when it be a new medicine that I've not taken before. Catching the employee lady signing & writing off my name from their little electronic bored attach to their cash register, me, not wanting or refusing a consultation with the pharmacist, I got so angry at her & demanded to speak to the pharmacist manager. He came & listen to what I had to say, he then went to speak to her, I can see him talking to her about this problem. To my surprise it happened again at another time same place but with a different employee, Wow :( Here goes another complaint & upset tonight with a different story I experience & left angry, it had to do with the pharmacy employee at the cash register who was very rude to me. I came in to pick up a prescription that was already filled & while I was there I had a question for him before leaving with the medication, I ask him if he could check a prescription that I had & it needed to be filled but on a certain date of this month. All he had to do was check my prescription date & on his computer at the front counter to see if it's approved. He refuse to check for me, he told me no & to go to the other window & find out there so I told him, please, I'm here picking up 1 prescription while your computer screen is open with my information on it can you please check, I ask him "please" again 4 more times total, each time he refused, so while being there picking up my prescription I said to him, You know what' give me your name because I'm going to complain about you & there's no use of me being here with my business anymore & demanded my prescription back. Seem like he was please about it, he went to go get my prescription paper written from my Doctor somewhere to where the pharmacist works on filling medications & handed it back to me. So I left with out my medication & with my prescription back into my purse to find another nice pharmacy to fill my medication :) . There customer service at the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Stockton blvd, Sacramento CA is not really in the business of making there customers happy. No kind of people skills at all" I'm one of them unhappy customer.. I'm not claiming all rite aid pharmacy's employees are rude but this one with my experiences, yes it is & it's on my unhappy list therefore I'm not going there anymore..

Insouciance at rite aid pharmacy store

I went to the pharmacy store of rite aid #07759 (**** ST Nicholas, NY 10032 on 4/23/2014 and gave them my doctor's prescription that was an anti-inflammation eye drop. The respected lady answered my medicine is not covered by my insurance but they have other medicine with the same function that my insurance covers. She promised that if I get back to the store the day after, she would call my doctor and get his permission for switching the medicine to the one which is covered by my insurance. I agreed and left the store to give them some time for arrangement but I got a print of records and those medicines for my own reference. Today (4/30/2014), I went there in the morning and handed out that print and asked if those arrangement done and my medicine is ready. First, one of them told me that I myself have to visit the doctor again and ask him to change the prescription. After I explained the story and told them that I do not know the name of medicine and not familiar with pharmaceuticals, they started pulling a fake story stating that they have already contacted the doctor but the doctor never got back to them. Since I knew that they are trying to lie and making a prank story, I just asked them if that is doctor's duty to call pharmacy (rite aid!!!) and look after patient's medicine. I asked them to call their manager to fix the problem. However the manager, which seemed a just graduated young lady, got very upset and threw my paper away saying that it is not their business to call doctor and arrange. I felt very bad because I was gold member of rite aid by spending a few thousands of money per year in their store. I decided not to go rite aid any more because of that unprofessional and insulting attitude, I could have gone to CVS, .....

They faxed the Dr for a change. Dr didn't respond.

End of story. Be proactive in your own health. You should call your dr and say your eye drops were not covered and the pharmacy faxed for change.

Please call one in that is covered.
