Called to speak to a pharmacist, and someone named Barbara put me on hold three times with out saying please hold. Just when I would start talking to her, she would put me immediately on hold.
I know she heard me because when I asked to speak to the pharmacist, she acknowledged me.
Apparently this rude person needs customer service training or shouldn't be working with customers.
Rite-Aid does not have that good of a reputation to begin with due to the fact that they work perpetually understaffed. Maybe if you get rid of that drive through window, you can give customers the service they deserve.
In the future I will be shopping elsewhere, where I don't have to put up with such rudeness.
