Misbilled prescription to a secondary discount card because they said it was less expensive instead of insurance on file when there was a deductible to be met. They were told to bill insurance over phone and still messed it up.

Fixed it after call but never said I had to come back within week and they changed it back and now have to pay 500$ out of pocket for deductible that should of been met last month.

Poor communication and no care from staff. Second time never told me discount card was too soon by 1 day or I would hace waited so paid full price because deductible not met .
