I just had a horrendous experience at Rite Aid in Anacortes.

s I have never seen a more incompetent bunch of useless pharmacists in my life. Rite Aid Anacortes recently lost all of its good employees. I don't know why. These new people were literally laughing their butts off very loudly and not doing their jobs at all. They humiliated a little old man and told him that he had already picked up his prescription. He even showed him on his phone that they had not. He was lucid and very smart. It was hard to watch. They were completely incompetent. I would never trust them to fill a prescription for me. I will never go there again.

Problems everytime

Over and over, every month, I'm told they can't fill one of my prescriptions due to either no insurance info or the info they have is expired. Every month I give them the correct info. My question: is the computer system you're using dysfunctional or is it the user? They tell me the med is there to fill it and then, within 10 minutes or so, I receive a text telling me it's out of stock. Again, is it the computer system or the user? This isn't an uncommonly prescribed med either!

NO one answers the phone

I've called six different times today to the Rite Aid at Breton, Grand Rapids. The same loop of "were sorry" transfer to the Pharmacist - and back to "were sorry, due to Covid we are experiencing..." This is not helpful.

User's recommendation: Consider a different pharmacy if you need something in less than two weeks.

You did not finish the process. Your screen shot is step 1.

You still have step 2, personal info, and step 3, contact info to fill out. The confirmation page will contain your name, address and appt info.

Double charged

I paid for my prescription online and drove to their drive-up window the following day. The technician has no record of my payment. I offered to show her the confirmation I received, but she had no interest in seeing it. She repeatedly said you havent paid. I asked to speak to the manager and, with a big sigh, the technician retrieved the lead technician. I said heres my confirmation. She replied, we have no record of it. I said, yes, you do. Here is the written confirmation of the payment I received from Rite-Aid. She said sorry, we cant go bye that. Why, I asked, do you send out confirmations if youre going to refuse to even look at it? Her response was a shrug. Theres $7.00 Ill never see again.

Complaint

I went into rite aid Lynden Wa to purchase cold medicine and I only got what was on the shelf when I went to check out the cashier told me I needed my driver license so I left my debit card on the counter with my purchase and went right outside the door returned a few seconds later he is waiting on someone else with my debit card there. I said you could have waited he stated we can not do that and made a comment that I should have had my ID with me and I stated it did not state on the shelf I required it. He was rude and then stated to me just leave. His name is Fernandense Gonzales I will never visit rite aid again. That was uncalled-for.

I have strep throat and went to get my medicine which was called in way earlier that day abd thet was supposed to call and get a scripted transferred went in at 8pm to pick my stuff up and he tells me oh no we not have it ready yet, How long does it take instead of getting it for me he snet me home with no script's.

The staff in the pharmacy in stroudsburg pa are nothing but rude...well i may said there are 2 that are polite if you look.it up on Google review all the reviews sound the same and one time they only gave me hald of my anxiety medication and said my mentally challenged sister must have taken it!!! I called dhs and the yh handed it well.

Response at Pharmacy was horrible.I

I waited in line for 38 minutes to pick up meds. One was working the drive thru and counter. The line was growing. There is no organize way to service the counter.You have to wait and wait for the drive thru. It is not fair when you are there be fore the cars. Rite Aid needs to address this problem!Angryn
