Terrible Service

Three prescriptions were called into the Fulton and Riverside Store in Sherman Oaks, California. When I picked up the prescriptions they processed two and I did not notice. I went back to the store two hours later and they told me I picked up the prescriptions two days earlier. Attitude of the pharmacist was terrible. Even after showing the prescriptions order and the fact that I was there two hours earlier they could not process their error. Incompetent.

I have called 5x to get alerts when prescriptions are done. Nobody can help me?

HAVENT RECIEVED MY PAY! SERIOUSLY USE ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY ME

I have been contacting anyone in charge to get to the bottom of my pay and I have not one cent from rite aid, Im on mandatory leave for 2 more weeks making it a whole month total that I wont be working because of the Pandemic and havent gotten paid for the time I did work!

Your cashier who greets followed me down an idle staring I have to have a mask, asking did I have a mask? I felt threatened and anxious trying to buy my child a birthday card. User's recommendation: Watch out for harassing greeters!

IT'S NOT HARASSMENT. Every business has a legal RIGHT to refuse service to those who won't follow their rules.

You and others like you are the reason this epidemic is still on-going. You can't be bothered to just put up with a minor inconvenience for a little while, to END the spread of the virus.

People who don't yet know they are Covid-19 positive are spreading it all over everything, by not wearing masks. Just shut the ---- up and do your part, so this can all finally end!

Stealing money from consumer

Went to Rite Aide and noticed on my receipt they took money for KidCents. When I checked out I didnt see any prompts asking if I want to make a donation. If I had seen it Id say no. Wont be going in there again.

They told me when I became a wellness member my card was signed up for that. I never agreed to that. I had them remove that from card so they couldn’t take any more money from me.

My son had covid.He is only 32.A week later his girlfriend had it.They both now have long damage and will more than not be on inhalers and nebulizer treatments for the rest of their lives due to lung damage from covid.Most people do not believe it unless it happens to them.Our government lied to us. This thing is bad.Please everyone please wear a mask please.Germs do not care who you vote for and Dam people for making a germ political.

Cease and desist the mandatory mask 'rule' OR provide special shopping hours as occurred initially at the beginning of the 'pandemic'. Employees could also work during these hours unmasked. problem solved.

Dear Rite Aid, Your business has the chance to be a LEADER in the retail industry by offering this: "Special shopping hours for those without a mask." At the beginning of this situation, many retailers had special shopping hours for seniors and disabled. Its time for you to PROVIDE THIS RIGHT AWAY: SPECIAL SHOPPING HOURS FOR THOSE WITHOUT A MASK Curbside shopping or instacart delivery is not fair and equal access, because there is an additional cost, and shoppers cannot browse and look for new items and experience an enjoyable shopping experience. Further, this discriminates against those who do not have access to technology. Offering SPECIAL SHOPPING HOURS for those who cannot wear a mask creates REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS (as required by federal, state and local laws). NOTE: These hours are to be reserved for mask-free shoppers ONLY, so the shopping experience will be relaxing and enjoyable. Those who wear a mask are to shop during the mask hours. Angry about run around and lies by the pharmacy

After going in person to transfer all the prescriptions to Rite Aid with the bottles in hand I managed to get 2 filled and when it came to the third one a couple of weeks later the order was taken over the phone by a human. When I went to pick it up, at first they said it wasnt ordered, then they said it was with the previous pharmacy and told me to call them to change over. I did. Another week passed and no call from Rite Aid. I went in person and was told it was not ready, then it was on hold and go to the other window. There I was told that it was not ordered, on hold, at the other pharmacy, call them. The other pharm says on hold, have Rite Aid call them. I called Rite Aid who placed an order, pick up in 30 minutes. I hung up and immediately got an auto call from Rite aid saying it is ready. But is it really.

App/website does not work

Rite Aid - App/website does not work
I have been trying to create an account for my prescriptions for 2 weeks. When I call to complain they just cancel my account so I have to start over. This doesn't fix the problem. Now I am completely locked out. There contact forms doesn't allow you to type a message. I am mailing in my complaint like an mean old lady.

Website/app not user friendly

I just want to enter all my prescriptions on my online account. The system requires information I don't have. It is very difficult. I called and was told my account would be deleted so I could start over. Write down all the security passwords. I am moving and missing that information that has to be entered with each prescription. The app has a calendar to scroll for dob. That's me 20 minutes. I am 47. I really like the service at my local rite aide or I would not tolerate your horrible website. Please completely delete my account so I can try to make the system work.

Because out of all the stores i'v shop at this store is one of the worst with their empolyees and managers customer service some of the rudest meanest disrespecful untrained i'v ever seen in my life

I went to this store on memorial 's day to shop these employees refused to service me because i complained about the customer service and they became belligerent and personalized it and made a scene in front of the other customer's embarrassed me and were laughing at me and refused to let me buy my things which for what it's worth was over $30.00 dollars they cause you some business by acting immature M.D. customer

User's recommendation: To start hiring mature people with good customer service skills and love having a job and who like working and not take people that come off the street to fill slots in your store people who are trying to better themself's it will be better for your business thank you.
