I recently sent a complaint about not getting my script on time. I was very pleased to hear back from corporate Rite Aid and then from the Rite Aid where I picked up the script.
The girl that contacted me (Melanie) and I resolved the problem. She explained that the reason that the script took longer than usual was because they were out of the med. and it had to be ordered. I was very pleased with the fact that my complaint was not ignored.
Thank you for the great customer service. Also, I find my Rite Aid store to always be clean and well stocked and the employees to be very friendly and helpful.
