She has been very rude to me every time I spoke to her she talks about what my problems with my health in front of other customers she didn't want to go into the private room next door today when I was asking her questions about why I needed it to different pre-authorizations for the same medication when I already had one she couldn't explain that she blames it on Blue Shield or blames it on my doctor it took me four hours to get an answer from her and today when I was talking to her she said that she had a customer at the counter and hung up on me and I'm sick of dealing with her her name is Jan she's the manager at that Rite Aid I have plenty of other things I would love to talk about but it would take about three or four pages thanks for any help out there
