The hospital called ahead and asked that they fill a prescription so we did not have to wait. They talked with the pharmacist and agreed to do this.

I had to leave my husband in the car, he is on oxygen. I could not take him home first, since I did not live in the same town as the hospital and pharmacy. When I got the pharmacy the pharmacist was taking care of another customer. He explained any side effects to their medication and took the co-pay at his register.

He then filled my prescription. It was not ready as they agreed it would be. He would did not explain any side effects and would not take my co-pay. He said is was to busy.

I had to go to another register and wait to pay.

My husband was still in the car and the weather was very cold about 14 degrees. Do they not care about sick people.
