Shopped at the store in maple hts,ohio for eyebrow tint. 10.00 when i ent to use it there was no product in the hox.
Someone had stolen it. Took the box back for an exchange however they were all gone. Asked for a store credit or return. According to the asst manager katie she could not give the full refund because i didn't have the receipt.
I was upset because i i felt like they should check the items to ensure the products are on the shelf.
Also katie told me she didnt have the capability to refund all the money because she was not the manager and could bot look up my reciept necause it was the end of the night and a long line. Im so upset i want to speak with a manager and the rest of my money or the product 6159996353
