The manager name Jan was very rude to me I was asking questions about why I needed two different types of pre-authorization for the same medication that have been taking for 5 years and she couldn't give me a answer she's been rude to me in the past is she has asked questions about myself and my wife in front of other customers and we both are disabled and she today hung up on me and was very rude said she had someone else at the counter and just hung up on me and I'm so tired of having problems with Rite Aid in Rancho Santa Margarita California on Rancho Santa Margarita Parkway I am so sick of it Jan is the rudest pharmacists I've ever met

I have a otc card and i am given on my card a certain ammount that iam allowed to spend.i was at Rite aide at smith street in perth amboy on july the third 2018 and i purchased some medicines and was rudely told by the cashier that i was purchasing to much medicines.That was very wrong and it made me feel bad because iam allowed to purchase up to a certain ammount the cashier s hv nothing to do with what iam purchasing because i hv a right to purchase it or the otc program never would hv given me the card that was so rude of that woman to speak to me like that iam considering taking all of my business elsewhere.smh

Okay, here's what happened: the doctor called in a refill. The pharmacy got it, saw that it had just been filled and put it on hold.

It's the INSURANCE company that wouldn't allow the early fill, because they have no way of knowing why you are filling early and think you should have enough. At this point, you can call the insurance yourself and tell them you need an override and explain why. It takes about 10 minutes. You can also have the pharmacy do this for you, but it will be taken care of when they have time to do so, which could be minutes or hours.

Pharmacies ARE very busy places. I agree that the tech who took your call could have been nicer, but they can't magically produce a manager if there isn't one on duty. And they can't drop everything to find one because they really are busy. There are other people waiting for medication, and other people calling in, and other prescriptions coming in that need to be filled, and often there is only one Pharmacist on duty to tend to everything.

Please be patient. I will do anything for a customer who is willing to meet me halfway, but the minute they start name calling, I hang up too.

Liliana at Rite Aid 58-02 Queens Boulevard very nasty, rude and insensitive person who works in the pharmacy. Never apologize for the inconvinient transition from Rite aid to Walgreeens. I had to wait 24hrs without prescription of my two kids because the new system is defective and did not connect with the dr . Horrible experience. I hope that doesnt happen to anybody.
