get her fired. you should;t have to deal with that.

no way. you should be treated with respect. speak to someone to get rid of her at once. everytime I go for a refill they short me in pills, they tell me I am not taking my pilld everyday.

I have had it with rite aid. I am switching pharmacies

I can relate with you, but unfortunately most people here can't. They'd rather accuse YOU of doing something wrong.

I've gotten nothing but comments from "anonymous" implying it must be my fault that a cashier at a nearby Rite Aid acted the way she did to me.

Count me in as one person who DOES understand.

Mio MI. rite aid The absolute worst customer service of any store anywhere in the United States that I've ever been in all capital a LL employees are rude !!! A different pharmacist every time I go in one of their checkout clerk's owes everyone in the community money very unprofessional she's a thief why is she working there. Not one person in that store is trustworthy or for that matter has any right working with the public!!! I work *** hard for my money and to be treated so bad is just wrong!!!! I used to work at rite aid and that's one of reasons I left after 10 years.. Corporate controls the AC ..

The stores cannot adjust temperature.. We had to work in terrible conditions so that corporate fat cats could save money by turning down the AC whenever they felt like it.

I used to have to take a change of clothes to work in summer because I would sweat so much... Rite aid does not give a ***

Rite Aid employee who drives a red Dodge Challenger takes up two parking spots in front of store! I am handicapped and have to park on the side of the store which makes it harder to enter.
