Horrible and unprofessional service at pharmacy
The pharmacy at the Rite Aid located at 701 Governors Square in Bear, Delaware is TRASH. The workers are incompetent and the service is substandard.
There is no service between 1:30-2:00.
Has Rite Aid never heard of staggered lunch breaks? So a customer coming to retrieve a prescription on his/her lunch break receives no service because all of the pharmacy idiots are at lunch at same time. Then customers have to yell or bang on the window because its past 2:00 and they still havent reopened! Lets top that off with a brain dead cashier who needs help from another brain dead cashier and meanwhile there is an idle cash register that NO ONE bothers to use.
Did I mention that there are 6 people behind me wondering whats going on? This branch should have closed down ages ago.
But for the convenient location, I would have NOTHING to do them.. I purposely have my prescriptions filled for 90 days just to minimize the stress and aggravation to only 4 times a year.
Rite Aid should just wave the white flag and surrender.

Complaint
So I fill my prescriptions at Rite Aid and Im on auto refill but the auto refill aint working because theyre not filling my prescriptions in time so when I called them on my mom was ready to run out and I called them they said oh will fill it for you right now mind you I said a few words in the pharmacy told me if you dont like it, you can go somewhere else. This is the second time the pharmacist told me that and I called the supervisor and talk to them about it.
Evidently its not getting through to the pharmacy I transfer my prescriptions to CVS.
You guys also might want to do the same thing. Rite Aid sucks.

I returned a hearing aids I ordered on line through Rite Aid order #11028**** last March to Gorges Navarro at Hearing Assist. I have called you and Hearing Assist multiple times and have been told I should see my refund soon.
No one returns my calls and I still after 3 months I have not gotten my refund.
Im really frustrated by the lack of service . PLEASE can someone help me!!!

Dog in store
A customer brought his leashed dog into the store. Why is this allowed?
I feel a dog sniffing at medical supplies is not sanitary, safe, or healthy. Perhaps a sign saying no animals except for worker dogs?

Longer a carpet at the entrance to absorb water, collect ice/dirt, and prevent falls?
The floor looked awful today.
Theres a build up of dirt and wax from the cleaners (according to the employee). A slip and fall about to happen..

3 days ago a dr sent prescriptions in to the pharmacy in Everett Pennsylvania hasnt been filled yet I called the pharmacy is closed do to no pharmacist this isnt the first time having trouble getting prescriptions its been that way for about 3 months or more

Deterioration of pharmacy service over the last 8 months. Rude counter people in pharmacy and constantly new faces who don't relate to customers. Have been going to pharmacy many years and despite more people in pharmacy service and manners are very bad.

Horrible pharmacy customer service every visit
This rite aid has the worst customer service . Every time I go there my prescriptions are never ready know matter when they were sent.
This time the pharmacist actually told me I didn't need all my medicine. I just got out of the hospital could barely breathe and had to pay for a ride and they have the audacity to tell me I don't need my things.
What!!?! 56th and Chestnut is a horrible Rite aid and I stand on that.

Good morning good morning upon entering rite aid on g Street I had several people tell me that this pharmacy doesn't open till 10:00 I'm very aware of this since being here I had a tall Caucasian gentleman and harass me asking me that I need help at the three people ask me that I need help I may be an Afro-American hurt him over the loud speaker say security scan off floors so I said black lives matter the Caucasian guy came all up in my face being really disrespectful saying things that he shouldn't say as a customer sales representative can you please make a documentation of this and leave this on record for this thank you and have a blessed day I'm not aware of his name he's a tall white guy with glasses with a twitch in his right eyei7ñj I'm

Pharmacy is understaffed, insufficient seating for us elderly people who cant stand for long periods of time and you cant get your much needed medication that was called in the day before and i call this morning and Im told only two employees are working one pharmacist and a employee. I think you need to cut the pay to your ceo, cfo that are millions a year.
I have been a loyal customer for the last 18 years and I dont want to move to a new pharmacy but all the other pharmacies in my town are doing just fine with the closures of the two small pharmacy. I like rite aid and would love to continue using your pharmacy but at this rate and with the amount of medication that I have to take i cant continue like this.Ronald Giles

My issue was with a fill-in pharmacist on December 3rd I wanted to switch my medications from another Pharmacy to The Rite Aid pharmacy located on 113 East Baltimore Pike and Clifton Heights PA the fill-in pharmacy told me that she was just a feeling and she could not call the old Pharmacy that I was using to transfer my prescriptions instead she said I need to contact my doctor and have him resubmit all of my prescriptions to the store located at 113 East Baltimore Pike. I knew that was not true at all and she did not give me her name and she was not wearing a name tag at the time so I do not have a name for you please help me out with that situation. thank you Glenn Porterfield Sr

For a company that hold people's life in their hands, they just DO NOT CARE!
I could have died because of Rite Aids poor service. I will be contacting a Attorney about Rite Aid practices.

As I see you stated that you get a lunch break? So, when a pharmacist that is working a 13 hour shift with no breaks including no lunch or dinner break and has no coverage, is inhumane.
So, rite aid heard their plea for wanting a lunch break. When the pharmacist is not on duty the pharmacy is closed. This is not for the technicians/cashiers. This is when the pharmacist who stands on their feet for 13 hr shifts, giving shots, answering every little problem the tech or customer has, looking at every script, every pill bottle before it goes out, calling drs offices, answering phones, and hey even cashing out customers.
But yeah, ok… they aren’t to get lunch because it cuts into your lunch time bc you can’t come during the 12 1/2hrs that they are open.
prioritize your time a little better. If you don’t like the service go elsewhere.
Clearly you can’t read. Never said a word about the pharmacist not having a lunch break.
I said that a company as large as Rite Aid should STAGGER the lunch breaks so that the CUSTOMER WHO SUPPORTS THE STORE can be serviced during lunch. If Rite Aid has its pharmacists on their feet for 13 hours~ that’s an issue they need to take up with Rite Aid.

The pharmacist goes to lunch at that time. There is only one pharmacist a day.
They open in the morning and stay till close. The clerks cannot stay in the pharmacy while the pharmacist is at lunch.
Go elsewhere. You won’t be missed.
I still say the customer service is trash. Clearly your standards and expectations are low.
Corporations like Rite Aid make millions from customers like me and as you claim provide only 1 pharmacist to administer vaccines, fill prescriptions, administer drug advice and ring up customers.
Unacceptable. You and your low standards be well.
You will find the same thing at CVS and Walgreens.
