I an unable to receive my prescriptions due in part to manpower shortages, no one answers the phone. My prescription management service is unable to approve my medications.

The Rite Aid at 1900NE 3rd Ave in Bend, OR does not have the staff to simply answer the phones for questions. I am forced to drive to the store, only to be greeted with unhelpful replies and rudeness. I understand they are overworked. Is it incompetence? Or personal agenda? Teresa is rude and beyond unhelpful.

Preferred solution: Teresa lied to me that my needed medication was available. She also is a roadblock to customer service. From my point of view, she needs to no longer represent Rite Aid.

It is not incompetence. Did you take your printed formulary to your appointment?

Did the doctor check your formulary before he ordered your prescription? All this waiting is between your insurance company and the doctor.

You can give me as many thumbs down as you want. The fact is the pharmacy gets alerted your med is not covered.

They hit a key on computer and send your doctor all the info about it not being covered, who and how to contact. After that it is your doctor or your insurance company holding things up. So you failed big time by not taking your formulary to your appointment and your doctor failed by not cross checking his prescribing with your insurance. So stop blaming the pharmacy.

They did not diagnose nor prescribe for you. Do better.

Bad service

Called mack ave. Store repeatedly with no answer. Went to store for covid testing. Staff was rude and unresponsive. Was told to schedule appointment online because the phones weren't working. Total bs. They ignored the phone ringing when I was standing at the counter. I will never visit this store again.

Prescription not ready

So it's July 3rd I had a prescription called in at about 5:00 I went to go pick it up at 9:00 and they're telling me it won't be ready till midnight this is important medication and they're telling me I'm not going to get it tonight when I need it what kind of *** is going on here how can it possibly take 8 hours to fill in mother *** prescription this is *** just because you guys are short-handed has nothing to do with your customer care quality you guys need to get this *** figured out I expect a response from somebody I shouldn't have to wait till the next day to get my prescription when it was called in at 5:00 that's unacceptable I needed it tonight now it's too late for me to have a transferred anywhere else but I will be going through somebody else I'll go to Walgreens cuz I have way too many *** problems with you people it's constantly a problem with you guys and I know nobody will get back to me cuz you guys are all chickenshit no one will have anything to say about it there's nothing you can do send me a gift card for $100 to make up for it that won't happen nothing will happen because you guys are a joke just like everybody else

Customer Service

Carmel Ny Putman Plaza I stopped by as walkin to get my flu shot today. Nobody there waiting and they told me it would be at least a 20 minute wait. I said nobody is here, she said I have work to do.

What is wrong with you? There were people who dropped off orders and were given pickup times that were there before you.

You have no idea where you were in line. Go elsewhere.

They are truly awful

So I drive 1.5 hours to get my Mother's medication. I get there and they are closed. I call the location a few miles away to see if I can pick up there instead. I was placed on a brief 15 minute hold. I hung up before they came back on the line. That place could be on fire and if I had to use the bathroom I would risk kidney damage before I helped put it out. I hope this was helpful. What a complete waste.

Wish they would close

My prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. Nobody in pharmacy dept. seems to know what they are doing. I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 2 hours and they were still not ready. They also never have my medication in stock. There are also several employees that are constantly on their phones instead of helping customers every time I walk through the store. Or they are all chatting amongst themselves and goofing off while a line is forming at the front check out area. Its obvious there is no order or proper management in that pharmacy and store. Id rather go to the Walgreens in town that is only open five days a week.
