Unable to call Bellingham Pharmacy last Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

RiteAid: I was waiting for a word from the Bellingham, WA Northwest Ave Pharmacy branch in regard to a prescription being filled. To put a long ridiculous story short, your pharmacist and technicians decided to take the business phone off line for 3 daysWOWO and were not answering any phone calls. I personally drove to that store on Monday and was informed of Rite Aid's store procedures, and was also informed of not only the phone intentionally being off the hook but that in-store customers comes first by a front sales clerk. I am cancelling. Teresa Brandt 360398****

Overcharged medications

My wife has crohn's disease. Been dealing with Rite Aid for years that is until today. Never ever paid more than $10 for a prescription. Today went to have two meds filled, Rite Aid wanted almost a thousand dollars ? Really ? Transferred to another pharmacy aka Mom and Pop place. Same meds cost 140.00 and thats because her copay deductible wasn't met. Ok. 140 is better than a little over a thousand. New pharmacy ran the scripts the same way as Rite Aid. Unbelievable.Steer Clear from Rite Aid

Pissed off patient

I already put a complaint on the Fountain Valley pharmacy. A rude female, blonde pharmacist that gives me hard time on my medications, refuses to dispense them, on personal calls with friends making plans while a long line is getting longer and longer with sick patients who cannot be standing for an hour expressing their frustration while she yells at them that she's on the phone. Sick and tired of that location and unfortunately it is the closest to me. It's been 3 weeks now since she took my prescription, said she will call the doctor's office then call me back. Still waiting for her to fulfill her promise rather than be on personal calls.

Days of ridiculous wait time for prescription refills

Since Ashland rite aid took over Bracy pharmacy the wait time is usually 8 to 12 hrs because the workers and pharmacist are run ragged and it is the customers who have been a rite aid customer for at least 10 yrs are suffering !!

User's recommendation: Find a different pharmacy.

Horrible manager

Was there last wednesday, October 20 and had some questions. I asked an employee in the aisles and she was extremely rude and abrupt and snapped out an answer. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and walked off. I definitely won't be returning to that store.go

User's recommendation: go to Walgreens or CVS.

I am a cashier at Rite Aid. Nobody from Rite Aid corporation reads these comments.

Posting your personal information on here and request they get in touch with you won't help. Nobody at Rite Aid corporation cares about anything except money. Here's a prime example: At a Rite Aid store in Niles Michigan a young cashier was actually assaulted by a customer who had stalked and harassed her for months. And one day he backed her into merchandise and put his hands on her, stroking her shoulders and face and hair.

A manager saw it and laughed because she thought it was cute that an older customer was after such a young woman. Another cashier had to step in and stop the man and tell him not to touch the young woman again. That young woman quit a week later, no management or corporate personnel ever helped her or even asked her if she was okay. She still refuses to step foot into that Rite Aid store again.

I know, I was there, I was the cashier that stopped it. The Rite Aid corporation doesn't give a ***

Her name is none of your business.

#2083517
@PissedConsumer2076027

Of course her name is the customer's business. All Rite Aid personnel are required to wear a name tag stating their first name.

And they're required to provide their first name to customer's that ask for it so that customers can provide feedback regarding their service. I work for Rite Aid.

Poor service

I purchased a prescription which was partly filled. The six remaining pills cost as much as the first 24 pills. I was told that would be corrected when I refilled my prescription.. It wasn't. I have since switched all my prescriptions to Rite Aid.

User's recommendation: Be cautious when getting prescriptions from Rite Aid.

I have known Pharmacist Dave Schaeffer since 1988. He was our family Pharmacist at the Rite Aid in Country Fair Plaza, Canton, Ohio. Then the new Rite Aid was built down the street. We followed them to the new location. Over the years he has been there for our family. We have been so blessed to have him as our Pharmacist. Congrats on Retirement!

User's recommendation: Excellent Drug Store & other products.
