I purchased a prescription which was partly filled. The six remaining pills cost as much as the first 24 pills. I was told that would be corrected when I refilled my prescription.. It wasn't. I have since switched all my prescriptions to Rite Aid.

Both pharmacy and register help are horrible

This store is horrible. I had to switch to Washington, NJ Rite Aid for my prescriptions because Belvidere, NJ was so horrible but made the mistake of still doing general general shopping there.

My rewards card stopped swiping so the girl made a second account. Spelled my name wrong, changed the preferred store back to Belvidere without my permission and changed the email address of my old account to something bogus so they could use it for my new account and couldn't enter my phone number since it was already in use so the left it blank. This means I no longer will get text messages reminding me of my meds or when med is ready for pickup. I went to refill my RX and saw it was to be picked up at Belvidere.

I was able to login to my profile and fix all the mistakes but was unable to fix my phone number since it was already in use with the old account. I had to stop my RX from going to their store since they have messed up my prescriptions in the past so I put in a bogus number for it to allow me to save the other corrections I made. Went back to remove the phone number and it won't let me remove it so now someone will be getting calls whenever I am due for refill and when refill is ready for pickup. Called Belvidere to have it fixed and they said there was no way to fix it.

I work IT. Someone has admin rights to look up my phone number to find the old account that it is linked to and delete it so I can apply it to my new account that they created. I told them if not fixed I will have to go to CVS for my future refills. They could care less and stuck to the story that they can't fix it.

So they are trying to tell me that everyone with a rewards card that stops working gets a second account created with their phone number linked to the first account that we can't access because they changed the username to the account which is the email address so they can create a new account with that email address therefore none of these customers also can't receive texts or phone calls when their meds are ready because the phone number is linked to the old account. Once again I had to report this store to corporate and once again I have to drive further away this time going to CVS to get my prescriptions filled because Belvidere Rite AId made it so I can't use any of their pharmacies.

Make the extra drive to get to Washington RIte Aid they have been flawless. I wish Washington was an option for me Belvidere made it so I can't use any Rite Aid for RXs nationwide.

Preferred solution: Fix my account so I can get my RX's filled at Washington Rite Aid. I promise never to go to Belvidere again. Always a problem at that location.

Beware of VA lottery scam!! Virginia lottery vending machine is printing out blank lottery slips and taking your money. Both the store (Right Aid) and Virginia lottery refused to give me a refund. Its been 2 months with no refund. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and the Virginia Attorney General Consumer Protection. Im waiting to see whats going to happen.

My problem has not been resolved. I still cannot secure an appointment. There is a definite glitch in the website.

I secured 13 appointments through your website and as soon as I finished filling out the form with all my information, it kicked me off. 13 times.

This leads me to believe that there is definitely something wrong with this system. My husband and I are 0ver 65 and have underlying conditions.

We care for two tender age children. What is the problem?

I tried to make two appointments; one for myself and one for my husband. No one every contacted me and the website was not user friendly.

I also found out later from a very dissatisfied customer that they received their first dose of the vaccine and was told they would not be receiving the second dose.

My husband and I have received both doses. I can assure you that I will no longer be a patron of your store.

Distribing Visit - Covid procedures

On 12/31/2020 at 8:59am I visited my Rite Aid location to pick up a prescription. The Rite Aid #05824 Arroyo Grande, CA is my Drug store of choice, but I am not sure I am going to stay with Rite Aid, I have a CVS just down the road. I waited for them to open at 9am and I could see that the Pharmacist was already there, but then the "Help" arrived at 9am and she began with signing into the computer/register. She was not wearing a mask, I said to her, "Did you forget your mask?" and she said, " No I get one when I go in there and she point to the area that has all the drugs to be filled. I said to her, "that means you walked through the store without a mask!! You're not supposed to do that!!" She did not say anything. Here I am in a Drug store and the employees can't sent an example, it blew my mind. I knew right away that I was going to contact Rite Aid Corporate and/or the CEO, which I still have to do. The employees name was Gladys and I am sure the pharmacist heard me call her out. Very sad that this is how Rite Aid is represented. Kitty Edwards

My local store does not enforce mask wearing of customers. Do you really want to visit a store where others are coming in sick and do not wear masks? GROSS. I stopped frequenting store and now drive miles out of my way to avoid them.

All pharmacies have inventory logs of control medications that keep track of how much of the medication they should have on their shelf. It's updated every time they fill a prescription based on the quantity the doctor prescribed.

So if the number of pills they have in the pharmacy matched the log they did not make a filling error and short your prescription. Pharmacies honestly never want to withhold people from getting the proper medication and quantity there is just laws that must be followed.

Three prescriptions were called into the Fulton and Riverside Store in Sherman Oaks, California. When I picked up the prescriptions they processed two and I did not notice. I went back to the store two hours later and they told me I picked up the prescriptions two days earlier. Attitude of the pharmacist was terrible. Even after showing the prescriptions order and the fact that I was there two hours earlier they could not process their error. Incompetent.

Angry about run around and lies by the pharmacy

After going in person to transfer all the prescriptions to Rite Aid with the bottles in hand I managed to get 2 filled and when it came to the third one a couple of weeks later the order was taken over the phone by a human. When I went to pick it up, at first they said it wasnt ordered, then they said it was with the previous pharmacy and told me to call them to change over. I did. Another week passed and no call from Rite Aid. I went in person and was told it was not ready, then it was on hold and go to the other window. There I was told that it was not ordered, on hold, at the other pharmacy, call them. The other pharm says on hold, have Rite Aid call them. I called Rite Aid who placed an order, pick up in 30 minutes. I hung up and immediately got an auto call from Rite aid saying it is ready. But is it really.
