Rite Aid Cashier Review

Rite aid now wants the cashiers to sign on the register by finger print. It is lame, it takes too long for the thing to read the finger print and the line gets too Long . It took a cashier 45 seconds to get log on a register at 5952

Two of the items I purchased were marked at a different (lower) price than what they rung up as! The one item was a Eucerin cream for eczema, which was marked at 7.99 and rang up at $8.29 (before tax), and the other was a set of hair clips marked at $3.59, which rang...

In May, my mother decided to go to Rite Aid to purchase Maxi Pads. The price was supposed to be $2 because of a sale and so my mother went up to the counter and the cashier said that it came up to $5. My mom said that it was total bs so she asked the cashier if she can...

Rite Aid - Made to feel like criminal by Rite-Aid cashier

I am totally disgusted by Rite-Aids lack of employee training and common sense. Today, I went to Rite-Aid with my son and his girlfriend to do a little last minute Christmas shopping. I picked up some some wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, some cards and a few bottles of alcohol (alcohol is sold in grocery stores etc in my state). When I went to check out the cashier said she needed to see everyone's ID. I said what are u talking about? She said "you were all walking down the aisle with the alcohol and looking at it, I need to see everyone's ID". I understand the concept that they don't want adults buying minors alcohol but this is beyond ridiculous. I am a 46 year old woman shopping with my family. I spoke with the manager, but there was no reasoning with them. Logic was completely thrown out the door! Not only did they lose a life long customer, they did something even worse....they made me feel like a criminal! I will never shop there again. I am a firm believer that one satisfied customer tells 3 friends, but 1 upset customer tells 3,000. And I am upset! Rite-Aid, please, get your employees some training before you alienate and criminalize even more customers!

A single package of a foot cream, advertised as good for Diabetic ’s with peeling dry skin on their feet, toes and heel areas. This is usually quite expensive, so when I saw on the shelf a clearance item tag and the shelf ticket also designated this exact SKU item-...

If you mistake someone old enough to work for a child I seriously doubt you read the SKU wrong, so you being in the wrong are not entitled to the price you thought it was for...

Rite Aid - Charged me 3.99 on Chameleon nail polished when it is 2.99!

The advertised price on Chameleon nail polished is 2.99. When i checked the reciept, it said 3.99. Now, i bought 3. When i went to show them the error, i got a sour look from 2 cashiers, a young employer who had to verify if what i said was true, we went to the nail polish section, took abput 2minutes verifing. Then back to the cashier, who called the manager, who wanted to take me again to verify the price! The cashier then stated " the sale is over" to which i replied " no, because you did this to me a me last month! The same thing! On the very same nail polishes!

Rite Aide

Within the time span of a year, I was told I needed to have a "wellness card" to receive sale prices at RITE AIDE . Today, I went to the local RITE AIDE to purchase ... and some Folgers Coffee. Now I only get the "sale price" if I have "UP+" the cashier and I didn't know what that was. So...Congratulations! You've joined the ranks of *** artist, in my book. Why not just fire the person coming up with these ideas that only suceed in annoying your customers (not to mention, potential new customers) and use the money to just have a reasonable price that attracts business. I have better things to do with my time and can shop at any number of other places.
